Michael Falke started in the construction industry in 1985. Under Michael’s leadership over the next 20 years Michael built one of the top interior General Contracting companies in the Washington, DC metro area. Year after year of completing hundreds of successful projects, the company has been recognized as one of the top 25 General Contractors by the Washington Business Journal. Michael sold this company in 2000.

Michael founded a General Contracting company in 1999 in South Florida, quickly becoming an industry leader and named among the top 20 General Contractors in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal. Michael sold this company in 2005.

Michael’s companies have been recognized by Remodeling Magazine as one of the 500 largest remodeling companies in the United States.

In 2005 Michael Founded FALKE. After 20 years of servicing clients as a General Contractor Michael decided to solely focus on real estate development and construction \project management services. FALKE has since developed over $300,000,000 in new projects as well as completed many successful project and development management opportunities around the United States and internationally.
