With over four decades of experience in construction, development, and owner’s representation, Michael Falke is a seasoned industry leader known for his strategic vision and execution. He began his career in 1985 and went on to build one of the top 500 general contracting firms in the U.S., as recognized by Remodeling Magazine. Under his leadership, his companies consistently ranked among the top 20 interior general contractors in their markets, according to both WBJ and SFBJ.
Since fully transitioning to owner’s representation in 2005, Michael has continued to lead transformative projects across commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors. His hands-on expertise, sharp business acumen, and unwavering commitment to excellence make him a trusted partner for clients seeking to protect their investments and bring bold visions to life.
